Description: A large shrub to a small tree that can grow to be about 7-8m tall. It has upright branches and brownish grey bark that becomes increasingly fissured with age. C. citrinus keeps the seeds (in the fruit) on the tree for an extended period of time, sometimes even years. Flowers are used in floral arrangements, which is an ethnobotanical use. Wood can be used to make firewood and tool handles.
