Description:  Arjuna is a sizable, evergreen tree with drooping limbs and a spreading crown. reaches a height of up to 25 m, and its bark is smooth and grey. It is alexiteric, styptic, tonic, anthelmintic, and beneficial for fractures, ulcers, heart conditions, biliousness, urine discharges, asthma, tumours, leucoderma, anaemia, excessive sweating, etc., according to Ayurveda. In the Yunani medical system, it is applied both internally and externally to treat gleet and urine discharges.
